At Mooi & Zo, we take great care to accurately describe and present each piece. As our collection consists primarily of antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items, natural wear and character are to be expected and form part of their unique appeal.
Defective Items Only
We accept returns strictly in the case of items that are defective or significantly not as described.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe your item is defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

This allows us to assess the issue promptly and fairly.
Return Approval
Returns will only be accepted once approved by Mooi & Zo. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with no further use or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Natural wear consistent with age (including marks, patina, and minor imperfections typical of antiques)
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
